Job Description:

Analyze and evaluate services, coverage and options available through insurance providers; recommends new programs or changes to existing plans. Manages benefits staff and work closely with finance manager(s) to ensue that employee benefits billing is allocated correctly to department and submitted on a timely basis for payment. Design and/or conduct benefit orientation meetings with new hires to provide information about the medical, dental and vision plans as well as life insurance, accidental death and disability policies, retirement and employee assistance programs.
