Lead the benefits and HR risk management team, including hiring and managing performance as well as assisting with day-to-day activities and assignments. Ensure the availability and adequacy of supplies and technical resources; maintain documentation and respond to escalated internal/external service issues. Deliver processes and methods that support the deployment of HR benefit policies, programs and tools for the effective management and delivery of HR benefits to the company.
