The Manager of Benefits Data and Analysis is responsible for analyzing, reporting and presenting results of all employee benefits programs for plan effectiveness, utilization and cost-savings opportunities. This position oversees all department financial transactions, including vendor payments and tracking of departmental and benefit program budgets; conducts monthly reconciliations.
