High quality grocery chain seeks a Leadership Training Specialist to assist in the development of training tools, systems and processes. The individual selected for this role will be responsible for facilitating leadership training programs and workshops, directing structured learning experiences, managing group discussions and coaching individuals in a way that emphasize the organizations customer service practices and values. This role will report to the Director of Training and will be based in Los Angeles.
