Job Description:
The Labor Relations Administrator provides consistent implementation of the Company's labor policies and collective bargaining agreements and ensures that personnel act in accordance with federal, state and city law for labor stability. He or she may represent the Company at arbitrations and unemployment hearings, administer various bargaining unit related programs, perform studies and benchmarking, provide advice and counsel on collective bargaining agreements and train employees in the proper application and implementation of federal, state, city and contractual law.
