This position will work with the HR Director to develop and provide all rounded human resources function for the China region encompassing recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and any other HR related projects in achieving the success of the region. The incumbent has to manage the recruiters and the payroll employees from our China distributor for a period of 18 months until these processes are fully transitioned to company.
