Support and oversee all human resources activities within assigned business division. Act as a strategic HR business partner to executive team members and provide employee relations, compensation, recruiting and organizational development support. Recommend and implement HR initiatives that will contribute to meeting annual revenue and profit goals. Coach and counsel managers to ensure leadership can manage performance issues. Provide feedback to managers to improve individual and team performance.
