Provide HR Leadership and expertise to Business Leaders. Lead & facilitate change efforts, organization restructuring, & seek out ways to increase Organizational Effectiveness within the client's organization. Work with Business Leaders to ensure there is a rigorous, effective performance management process for employees across the business, including production/metric reviews, performance feedback and performance improvement plans.
