The primary purpose of the position is to plan, organize, direct, and control all activities and functions of the Human Resource Department and enable & monitor the activities of other departments from a human resource perspective. Position critically influences employee engagement, continuous improvement, change management, organizational capability and achievement of operational strategic goals.
