This senior-level recruiter will closely interact with management and other human resources professionals to understand and provide for current and future staffing needs of the business. The successful incumbent is responsible for full life cycle recruiting of power generation candidates including sourcing, screening, submitting candidates to hiring managers and successful on-boarding. Individual in this position manages all facets of the recruitment process to result in staffing process efficiency and quality hires.
