This is an HR Generalist, Business Partner type role focused on the Organizational Development consideration for the multiple operations in the division. This will include succession planning centered on staffing and employee development programs, compensation and benefits and recognition programs for performance excellence. Position requires experience in Human Resources Management focused on Organizational Development and improving Operations Excellence through Human Resource services as part of the company executive management process.
