Responsible for establishing a partnership with the Operations & Engineering Services group to manage all HR activities including talent acquisition, compensation, change management, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and H.R. strategy planning. Act as a business partner with management to develop and implement human resource strategies that complement business strategies and meet organizational objectives. Provide counsel and coaching to the Operations & Engineering Services management team on all H.R. related issues.
