Provide HR leadership to the CIO and the IS Leadership Team. Help facilitate and develop both short and long term people strategies for the IS function. Act as a coach to managers for employee relations issues, compensation issues (during mid and year-end cycle), and staffing decisions, as needed. This includes working with managers to identify issues before they become problems, and to develop necessary interventions/programs to aid management in finding the best possible solutions.
