Oversee day-to-day HR support in recruiting, retention, employee relations, organizational development, leadership development, performance and talent management, diversity, and compensation. Manage HR Business Partners, serve as active member on projects that impact the Card Services business; lead cross-HR/functional initiatives within the site. Develop strategic plans to improve site retention and positively impact site performance.
