Develop and enhance the remuneration strategy and talent retention plan to support China business growth. Supervise the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Supervise wage and salary management; job evaluation; performance appraisal; incentives; life, health and disability insurance; profit sharing, pension and related programs. Undertake projects relating to the formulation, development and implementation of future policies. Plan and administer the conduct of or participation in wage and salary surveys.
