This position is a Principal-level HR generalist. Provides strategic HR leadership and support to business unit, and serves as a strategic advisor in all aspects of HR planning, change, organizational design, performance management and leadership development. The generalist will add value to the business through effective partnerships and expertise. Consults with clients on workforce acquisition, retention, structure, and development.
