Specifically, based in the firm's HQ office, the Field HR Manager administers the portfolio of field-based expatriate employees; guides, supports and advises field-based senior managers on HR related matters; supports HR operations in the field by creating HR systems, policies and procedures and develops and maintains necessary tracking mechanisms. The position closely supports the firm's recruitment function and leads negotiations with new field-based employees.
