Responsible for providing HR leadership and support to company associates, working effectively with all levels to champion the goals of the business. This position is responsible for recruiting and placing high performance candidates, driving business initiatives and providing effective HR solutions to key business issues. Will also assist in the development of performance metrics that drive the store's business goals, provide actionable feedback and recommendations to department managers to improve individual and team performance.
