The Human Resources Director must posses the ability to manage a matrix environment, providing professional consultation and support to regional management and employees in areas such as recruiting/staffing, employment, benefits, labor relations, career management process, and performance management. Essential to this role is the ability to monitor and accurately assess account climate; and leverage resources with regards to employee and labor relations.
