Suitable candidates must have 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience. Responsibilities include providing human resources expertise and consultation to both executives and employees; overseeing development, implementation and oversight of HR policies, programs and services; managing, recruiting, benefits, employee relations, training and development; building alliances and relationships with the management team and helping to improve organizational performance. BA/BS college degree required.
