This position is a Senior Level HR Leadership role with responsibility for client support as a strategic business partner. Provides strategic HR consulting and organization effectiveness for client areas and for R&D as a whole. This position is a member of the R&D Human Resources Leadership Team. The position provides leadership to other HR professionals and will sit on the leadership team(s) of the client groups with whom they partner. Responsible for the development of all employees reporting into the position and for providing an environment.
