This position is responsible for developing, directing, and implementing policies and activities in accordance with the organization's strategic goals. The position will oversee approximately 25 employees and programs in staffing, training, compensation, payroll and benefits, management practices, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, budgets, and other employee services.
