Provide strategic human resources consultation. Consultation provided is based on a solid foundation of Human Resources practices, relevant laws and an understanding of business practices and strategy. Recruit for selected positions identified as specialized and not assigned to staffing/sourcing team. Work with outside counsel and internal managers/employees on the immigration and 'green card' application process. Coach Managers and Employees in the resolution of employee performance, behavior or other issues effecting the achievement of individual or organizational goals.
