HR Manager of Benefit Programs supports the business on a global basis, with emphasis primarily on North America, where the majority of employees reside. This role, based in New York and reporting to VP Compensation & Benefits will serve as a point of contact to Regional HR Directors globally and to HR Generalists in North America. This position is responsible for managing, developing and administering policies and benefits plans including medical and dental, pension, 401(K) and savings plans, group life, short and long-term disability, as well as other benefit programs.
