The team has an immediate opportunity for a Regional Human Resources Manager. In this role you will be based in Downers Grove, IL supporting a field organization of approximately 700 employees. Your primary responsibilities will be providing day-to-day HR support and acting as the primary HR business partner to Front Line Managers (FLM) regarding Employee Relations, Talent Management, Risk Management, and Compliance.
