Seeking a high potential Human Resource Generalist with a labor relations background to step into a role at our WV manufacturing facility. This person will serve as the first point of contact for all labor relations with respect to contract administration and contract education. In addition, it is expected that the HR Generalist will also assist in second step grievance preparation and provide labor relations training to supervisors and management with the goal of improving communication and building leadership skills.
