Provide guidance to Call Center and other internal teams related to the administration of employee Health & Welfare benefit programs. Provide expert counseling related to COBRA, disability processes, ADA, FMLA, Section 125 and other mandated or legislated requirements. Analyze results of surveys and assists in the development of specific recommendations for review by management. Suggest plan design or administrative changes based on experiences with the companies U.S. Entities plans, employees and knowledge of best-practices.
