The overall responsibility of the HRMS IT Team leader is to manage HRMS IT resources and to coordinate IT activities in the HRMS field. It includes portfolio management/master planning, staffing and resource allocation, the supervision of all HRMS projects and support activities, as well as providing guidance to the HRMS team. The HRMS Team Leader acts as the day-to-day management contact for the business HRMS team. He also manages directly some projects.
