BS Human Resources or related Degree. Masters Degree in HR with a focus on Organizational Development preferred. Minimum of 7 years HR experience in a Manufacturing organization with at least 3 years in Talent Management. Proven experience in:- Staffing/Recruiting- Workforce Analysis- Succession Planning- Employee Performance Management- Talent Assessment- Development/Training Processes- Management Presentation Demonstrated Oral and Written Communication skills.
