This individual will serve as the leading consultant to senior management on all HR matters for four locations in Ohio. Primary responsibilities will include strategic planning and aligning HR practices, programs and goals with the business strategy; budgeting and profit planning; organizational development and change management; decision support; talent optimization; corporate interface; external market analysis; and community networking and leadership.
