We are currently seeking a talented HR Self-Service Channel Manager to contribute to our innovative Human Resources Services Team and build and lead our HR Self-Service Practice. The Self-Service Channel Manager will lead the design and execution of the experience (content creation, knowledge management and user interaction online) across all support channels and closed-loop improvement plans leading to year-over-year reduction in assisted support contacts and delivery of the overall HR Services vision.
