The Corporate Human Resources Project Manager II is an integral part of the Human Resources Strategic Programs organization. Incumbent works closely with the Talent Management Director and Strategic Programs leadership group to scope and drive execution of global HR projects that advance business goals. He/she is responsible for managing special projects on a global basis, analyzing the financial performance/impact of initiatives, communicating across the company about strategic HR initiatives, impact on results and process improvement work.
