As an HR Profession Manager, you lead and manage transversely People and competencies development, career, mobility, expatriation and staffing for the T&D population in your scope, and animate this community. You implement HR policies, processes and tools, ensuring understanding and homogeneous application. You advise and support the function management on HR issues and organization development, in line with the T&D guidelines, in compliance with the company values, while effectively managing resources and costs.
