This position exists to provide a high level of Human Resources services to a specific client group(s). The key responsibilities will be to deliver a human resource function focused on implementing strategies and processes that are compliant with US laws and practices and are in support of the Reed Elsevier Technology Services business strategies and goals and to ensure human resource delivers and continuously improves its capabilities in the areas of: recruitment and retention programs, rewards and performance management programs.
