The HR manager will provide support for all the day to day Human Resource operations such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, conflict resolution, employee development, and talent acquisition. The HR Manager will be expected to partner with key business leaders including site leaders, managers, and supervisors in order to implement the organization's HR strategies and create a positive employee relations environment at all levels of the business.
