In this vital role, you will partner with Business managers in areas that include performance management, employee issue resolution, recruitment, resource allocation, diversity, discipline, succession planning, compensation, salary planning, reward and recognition, training and development, and union avoidance. Youll also provide insight to business decision-making. You may lead investigations, coordinate AAPs, and conduct due diligences.
