This position will provide the primary HR generalist support for the company's Arlington, TX contact center location. This position will be responsible for quickly partnering with all levels of employees, from the General Manager and leadership team to non-exempt agent level employees. Areas of responsibility will include employee relations, performance management, development training, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and consulting in organizational design.
