The HR Manager is responsible for providing key staffing services to support the start-up of a new Micro Finance Company in Inner Mongolia, China. This individual will maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required. The HR Manager will also participate in the establishment of creating and implementing policies and procedures in coordination with the CFO/COO.
