Hr manager to provide full range of hr activities with a concentration on Labor and Employee Relations. Position will supervise hr functions for 5 plant locations within a 5 mile radius covering 3-400 unionized employees. Responsibilities include : memeber of contract negotiations team, contract admin. grievances and arbitrations and the full gamut of on site hr functions such as comp, benefits, training staffing and compliance. Past experience working with unionized staff required.
