As an integral part of the business segment's upper management team, this leadership position is responsible for driving HR strategy to achieve business results by: leading and managing the HR team in support of this global organization; directing the assessment, development, implementation and maintenance of all HR programs within this business segment; collaborating with other segment leaders.
