In this leadership role, you will refine and implement HR, Benefits and Learning & Development sourcing strategies and build and lead cross functional teams. You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions with suppliers and clients to reduce cost and increase quality. You will manage key suppliers, act as key point of contact for internal management and assure systems data maintenance and compliance.
