Reporting to the Director, Global HR Compliance, the HR Compliance Manager is a member of the team that establishes, implements and ensures corporate compliance with government legislation and management's directives in the area of human resources. Propose, develop, revise and monitor implementation of global human resources policies, practices, procedures and processes to ensure compliance with current laws, business requirements and culture.
