In this position, you will serve as the Sr. HR team member working in conjunction with the Business Unit Director and leadership team. You will be responsible for developing and delivering HR solutions to include - HR strategy, staffing and retention strategies, workforce relations, HR policies and procedure implementation and interpretation, performance management, change management, communications and diversity; and in conjunction with Centers of Excellence provide coordination and oversight for compensation administration, learning and development services and solutions.
