Lead & facilitate change efforts, organization restructuring, and seek out ways to increase Organizational Effectiveness within the organization. Stellar communication skills a must. Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Masters Degree highly preferred. Possible relocation down the road.
