Your role will include every aspect of the recruitment process and compliance, the preparation and maintenance of written policies, handbooks as well as the administration of our employee benefit and personal development programmes. This role also provides HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers regarding employment matters. You will be part of a global HR team and be an active member of the North American Management team. Some travel will be required.
