You'll ensure that the Product Creation HR Strategic Plan is aligned with the Global Footwear HR and Global HR strategic plans. You'll assess and diagnose the organizational/functional capability relative to the Global Footwear and Product Creation organization's mission, strategic priorities, strategic initiatives and financial objectives. You'll be responsible for providing solutions that enable and support the organization's health, functional expertise and leadership capability.
