Act as change agent for implementation of regional and or global HR initiatives and recommend new/revised approaches, policies and procedures for continuous improvement of the HR department. Ensure policies and procedures are fully implemented and in compliance with Federal and Provincial, laws and standards. Assist local employees with understanding and resolution of employee benefits concerns, in coordination with Benefits Manager.
