The Alaska Region HRD acts as the business partner to the President of the Business Group and his/her leadership team. The HRD actively participates with the leadership team to support the outcomes required to meet the Strategic and Annual Business Plan with specific emphasis on: organizational development and analysis, talent management and strategic hiring, major proposal and project support, employee relations and performance and change management, development, implementation and administration of specific HR programs.
