The individual will be responsible for maintaining an understanding of competitive compensation practices in the asset management industry and lead the review of existing compensation programs to be sure they remain compelling and consistent with the firm's strategic goals and objectives. The individual will also be responsible for conducting thorough internal audits to ensure that compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with firm policies and government regulations.
