Job Description:
Manages, supports and executes major Group and Health Care (GHC) projects and business development initiatives. Manages GHC associates and facilitates the development of talents of less experienced associates through coaching and mentoring. Acts as a change agent. Participates on GHC and cross functional teams, and promotes teamwork with the practice, office, and region. Meets or exceeds performance standards for revenue generation, financial management, and work quality.
